Ian Redmond
Managing Director
Ian Redmond has been the Managing Director of Explore Training and Development Ltd since 2001. His experience extends across executive, management & team development projects including coaching, facilitation and human capital initiatives. A successful track record of designing and delivering a wide range of assignments and management development programmes, Ian’s entrepreneurial drive continues to create strong relationships with an impressive high profile global client portfolio.
Rebecca Wray
Rebecca set up her own company in 2011 and has been coaching and training extensively in both public and private sectors since. Rebecca studied the CIPD certificate in Training Practice and Corporate & Executive diploma with the Coaching Academy and has experience working for over 15 years in senior roles within the catering, retail and pharmaceutical wholesaling and distribution sectors. Rebecca works extensively with senior leaders in schools, supporting them in the challenging, changing world of education. Leadership Development is Rebecca’s passion and she works with clients to provide the best possible bespoke solutions for them.
Suzanne Thraves
Suzanne has specialised in learning and development since 1994. Her experience as a facilitator, coach and designer of development programmes for Executives, Managers and Team Members spans multiple industries: Professional Services, Telecoms, Manufacturing, HR Outsourcing, Recruitment and Financial Services. Suzanne became self-employed in 2010 and has successfully worked both independently and collaboratively on a range of people development programmes. Her enthusiasm and passionate belief in the value of developing others is contagious.
Damian Palin
Damian Palin has been providing stimulating and engaging development programmes for over 20 years and has worked with Ian at Explore since the start in 2001. His experience spans both working as an internal Business Partner managing training and development teams, managerial operational experience as well as working as an external consultant to many organisations providing management, leadership and team development programmes in addition to senior coaching relationships. Damian has now built up an impressive client base of his own in addition to working with Explore as a Senior Facilitator on an Associate basis.
Lisa Scragg
Lisa passionately believes that for any organisation, the people within it are the difference that makes the difference. As a qualified coach and experienced trainer, Lisa is focused on developing teams and individuals, facilitating them to identify and remove barriers to success, unlocking their limitless potential to deliver both personal and organisational goals.
Fiona Flemington
Fiona is a Leadership Development Specialist and qualified Corporate & Executive Coach who has been helping successful leaders achieve positive lasting change in behaviour for more than 19 years. During her career, Fiona has worked across a number of businesses and business sectors including; financial services, food & media retailing, telecommunications, education, insurance and professional services. Within these organisations Fiona has developed her coaching skills and has built a strong reputation as an Executive Coach.
Julia Jones
Julia has held HR Director positions for a top 30 accountancy firm and top 200 law firm. Working at board level she has been a trusted advisor to senior managers and leadership teams and has a wealth of experience in negotiating, influencing, problem solving and the development of management teams. Julia is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and having a natural flair for developing others, she has designed and delivered many training programmes with particular focus on developing management skills within organisations.
